These terms govern your use of PassPharm, operated by Shaneil Chandran (“we”, “us”). By using PassPharm you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Important — educational use only
PassPharm is a revision aid for the GPhC registration assessment. It is not clinical, professional, legal or medical advice, and it does not replace the BNF, official guidance or your own clinical judgement. Always check medicines information against the current BNF and guidelines. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. PassPharm is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or any regulator.
Your account
- Provide accurate details and keep your password secure.
- Your account is for you alone — don’t share it.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account.
Free and Pro plans
- A free tier is available. Pro unlocks the full question bank, all timed mock exams and full analytics.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
- One-off plans grant access for the stated period (e.g. 6 or 12 months), then simply expire — there is nothing to cancel.
- The monthly plan renews automatically until you cancel it; you can cancel any time from your account, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds & cancellation
Pro gives you immediate access to digital content. By purchasing, you agree that access begins straight away. Where you have a statutory right to cancel digital content, that right ends once you start accessing the content. If something has gone wrong with your purchase, contact shaneil141525@gmail.com and we’ll try to put it right. Nothing here affects your non-excludable rights under UK consumer law.
Acceptable use
PassPharm is for your personal exam preparation. You must not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the questions, explanations or other content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Our content
The questions, explanations, mock papers and design are owned by PassPharm and protected by intellectual-property law. Your personal notes remain yours.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep PassPharm accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any exam outcome. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
